Question: How do I add wines to my virtual cellar the quickest?
Answer:
- Login and use the Search functionality. Behind each wine you have the 'add wine to cellar' button. Click on it, the rest will lead the way.

Question: I can't find my wine in the database.
Answer:
Although we have a lot of wines already in our database, it can obviously happen that a wine is not in our database yet. Please fill in this form as complete as you can, and we will add this wine to our database.

Question: Where do I find the wine related information?
Answer:
All members can find the famous 13 UnitedWineCellars points (Climate, Soil, Grape Variety, Type of wine, etc) for each country, region and appellation in the wine information page.
You can also use the "Content Search" to gather the UnitedWineCellars wine information. Just type your requested query in the top right hand corner of the homepage and select 'Content' in the drop down. -
Question: What happens to wines in My Wishlist?
Answer:
You will be notified by e-mail when another UnitedWineCellars member offers the wine you are looking for. Please make sure you indicate this in "My Settings".

Question: Is UnitedWineCellars involved in the transactions on the Marketplace?
Answer:
No. UnitedWineCellars is a completely objective platform and therefore can and will not have any part in the deal-making itself and will not benefit from any transaction.
